Information You Share

The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, email address, service type, travel dates, pickup and destination, passenger count, preferred vehicle and your message. With it we receive the page you sent it from and the time it was sent. Please do not submit payment card details or identity documents through this form.

How It Is Used

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange your travel. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or authorise any payment.

Storage & Access

When you send the enquiry form, your details are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, to our Gmail inbox at sukhbirsingh82635@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes the submission in order to deliver it and may keep it under its own privacy policy. Gmail is provided by Google. We do not store enquiries in a website database, and we never display them publicly or sell them to third parties.

If you choose “Send via WhatsApp”, your message is sent through WhatsApp instead and is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy. A copy of an unsent form may be kept in your own browser (session storage) until you close the tab, so you don’t lose what you typed.

Retention & Your Requests

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to answer and arrange your travel. To see, correct or delete your enquiry, contact us at sukhbirsingh82635@gmail.com or +91 80542 02500 with your enquiry reference.
